Andrey Aleksandrovich Moskalets

Born in 1974 in Krasnoyarsk.

In 1996 and 1998, he graduated from the Law and Economics Departments of Krasnoyarsk State University.

In 1996–2011 Andrey Moskalets served in the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia as a legal specialist. Since 2005 – Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Affairs of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Relief (EMERCOM) of Russia. Major General of Justice of the reserve.

In 2011–2012, Andrey Moskalets worked as Head of Department for Cooperation with Law Enforcement Agencies of the Office of the Envoy from the President of the Russian Federation in the Ural Federal District.

In 2012–2013, Andrey Moskalets worked as Head of Department for Cooperation with Law Enforcement Agencies of the Office of the Envoy from the President of the Russian Federation in the Northwestern Federal District.

In 2013–2017 – Assistant to the Envoy from the President of the Russian Federation in the Northwestern Federal District.

In 2017–2018 – Advisor to the Head of Federal Customs Service of Russia.

Since December 26, 2018 – Deputy Head of Federal Customs Service of Russia.

Acting State Advisor to the Russian Federation, Grade 3.

Major General of the Customs Service.

Awarded an Order of Honour.

Married, has a daughter.
